AASP MEMBERS ACHIEVE PRESITGIOUS DIPLOMATE STATUS WITH THE AASP

Congratulations to Drs. Scott Parson and Robert Carpenter for being awarded Diplomate status with the American Academy of Spine Physicians.  Both physicians have successfully completed the 300 online continuing education credits required to achieve Diplomate status.

Immediate benefits of holding Diplomate status include increased public awareness of their commitment to spinecare, a press release outlining their accomplishments, a distinguishing wall certificate and a higher listing with Diplomate designation on the online National Directory of Spine Physicians. Members who hold Diplomate status with the American Academy of Spine Physicians are able to display their Diplomate status on the Spinecare Public Awareness Resources thus elevating their status as a specialist in spinecare with their patients and the public.

Both physicians are now able to use the designations DAASP after their degree to represent their status. Dr. Carpenter and Dr. Parsons have both expressed their intention to continue their online education in obtaining Fellow status with American College of Spine Physicians (FACSP).
