THE AASP DEVELOPS A STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH THE INTERNATIONAL SPINE ASSOCIATION

The American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP) has developed a strategic alliance with the International Spine Association (ISA) to develop a large database of information about the spine and spinecare for the general public. The ISA is an international organization comprised of numerous spine societies representing many countries.  This significant project will encompass the development of many educational categories, which will include the ongoing development of a large educational database on basic spinal anatomy, information about spinal disorders, available therapeutic options, information about spinal diagnostic procedures and advances in technology. The educational information will be made available to people throughout the world online. The ISA will help disseminate the information through the various spine societies.  This will provide an excellent reference for physicians, their patients and the general public.
