Spinal Hematoma Course Begins
As of June 2003 the
American Academy of Spine Physicians offers it first journal course. The Spinal Hematoma Course is based on the exhaustive review of 613 cases in the world literature over a 170-year period. The article comprised most of the journal, Neurosurgical Review (vol. 26, no. 1). The journal contains three commentaries on the above review. Seldom has there been so much useful information about this rare but potentially devastating condition.
