Dear Patients and Friends,

We are excited to announce that our office will be moving to a new location! 

We are determined to provide you with better service and more personalized care without tripping over other patients and staff as you travel through our office.  In other words, we have outgrown our current facility. 

For most of the past year, a tremendous effort has been put into choosing the right locations to be convenient to you, our patients, and to reach out to others that might need our care.  

Circumstances have forced us to make a temporary move to the Alcoa Hwy. location.  Our move is scheduled to take place on the 15^th of December and should be no longer than 2 to 3 weeks.

We will be at our current location and phone until that time.  I will also be sending out a post card in the mail to announce our final move to the East-town location.  Look to receive yours about mid December. 

I apologize for any inconvenience that our moves might pose to any of you.  In order to better accommodate your needs I have made the decision to increase and customize the office schedule to make myself more available.
