The American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP) is committed to working with businesses and organizations (companies) who are dedicated to advancing the field of spinecare. To help shape the future of spinecare, the AASP launched the National Spinecare Awareness Campaign. The Campaign consists of numerous initiatives and programs designed to favorably impact the evolution of spinecare facilities and the delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic spinecare. To help meet the goals of the Campaign, the AASP developed the Corporate Educational Partner Program. Educational Partners include manufacturers, distributors, research groups, and other companies which serve the spinecare field. The AASP recognizes the critical role of education and technology for advancing the field of spinecare. Technology is a driving force which helps improve the delivery of spinecare. Communications technology, such as the internet, informational databases, digital point of care carts, and website development, has become part of the standard of care. Furthermore, computers, monitors, and hand-held devices are being used by patients, physicians, and the public to access up-to-date information about the spine, spine disorders, and available spinecare. The Educational Partner status represents a premier relationship with the AASP and the highest level of support to the AASP. The financial and non-financial contributions of the Educational Partners help facilitate the development and implementation of special programs and resources. The AASP is committed to working creatively with each of its Partners to establish unique opportunities which will benefit each other, benefit the AASP members, and help advance the field of spinecare. Partners receive greater marketing visibility than Educational Sponsors. Benefits of becoming an Educational Partner include: -Prestigious alliance with online visibility -Unique opportunity to develop integrated marketing efforts with the AASP -Placement of click through buttons and/or banners throughout highly visible areas of the AASP website -Custom display at all AASP events and symposia -Partner acknowledgment on the AASP website homepage -Acknowledgment at Student Resource Centers located at select colleges and universities -Each Partner will be featured on a dedicated Partner eBlast performed every six months featuring an AASP program or initiative.
