The American Academy of Spine Physicians has expanded the payment options for membership. The membership dues of $ 250 for one year can be equally spread out over 12 months. In order for an individual to qualify the member or applicant must accept an auto-withdraw option from their credit card for the designated period. A fee of $ 14 dollars is added to the annual fee bringing the total annual fee for membership to $ 264 which works out to $ 22 per month.
