PAYMENT OPTIONS

Patient Payments - We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards (w/Visa or Mastercard Logo). 

Health Insurance - We are a preferred provider for many insurance companies.  For a complete list, please visit the Healthcare Plans page.  If we are not in-network with your insurance company, we are willing to work with them to the extent that they are willing to work with us.  Our primary concern is always the best interest of the patient. 

Payment Plans - Payment Plans are available for patients without health insurance.   

Personal Injury/Auto Accidents - There are no up-front costs for patients involved in motor vehicle accidents or other personal injury claims once it is determined that "MedPay" and/or "Third Party Liability" will cover the cost of care . 

Workers Compensation - There are no up-front costs for patients suffering from injuries sustained on the job once it is determined that "Workers Comp" will cover the cost of care .
