New riding boots found! I also purchased these to use as riding boots. I wish I would have known about them (if they existed) back when I used to work automotive. I would not have minded one bit walking around in these 10 hours a day. So far so good.

They have broken in quickly with about two weeks of wear. Hardly any wear from the shifter to speak of. These are tough, comfy and seemingly waterproof. I have ridden several days in the rain and not even moist inside. I wish I could say the same for my alpinestars. Hopefully they last as long as the other pair of Docs I wear daily, which are going on at least 4-5 years now.
