Christopher Bennett, B.S., D.C.

The dilemma of our healthcare system is a lack of understanding of what healthcare is. It it important to know the difference between disease care and health care.

Disease care is the science of treating disease and trauma. Health, as defined by the World Health Organization, is defined as "a state of optimum physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.  I am an expert in Health Care and assessing problems of health care. In most cases, disease and trauma can be prevented by properly caring for the one system that literally controls every function of your body - the spine and central nervous system. Don't wait! See a doctor that truly cares about you and your heath."  My mission is to deliver a level of care and services that exceeds you greatest expectations and improve the quality of your life!

Dr. Bennett is a current member of the American Academy of Spine Physicians. The American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP) is an organization comprised of chiropractic physicians and neurosurgeons committed to improving the quality of spinecare through cooperative and conservative efforts. Spine and spine-related disorders represent one of the most common problems encountered in healthcare.

Chiropractic physicians and neurosurgeons both have extensive training in spinal anatomy, spinal biomechanics, diseases of the spine and neurology as it relates to the spine, thus the basis for cooperative care. Care for the full spectrum of spine disorders can be addressed through a cooperative and conservative approach between the chiropractic physician and the neurosurgeon.

Back pain consistently ranks as one of the top reasons for employee absenteeism and afflicts approximately eight of every ten Americans during their lifetime. The complexity and prevalence of spinal disorders has led to a growing demand for interdisciplinary, conservative spinecare. The AASP is preparing its members to meet these growing demands at all levels.
