Candidate membership with the American Academy of Spine Physicians provides the student or resident the opportunity to receive the majority of full membership benefits. The candidate member may participate in continuing educational opportunities and would be eligible to receive special recognition for their academic achievement with the AASP.

Membership with the Academy also provides the candidate with the opportunity to purchase educational resources and spine related products at a considerable savings. Membership will expose the candidate to practice building resources and opportunities, which will help, launch their career after graduation. The candidates will also be prepared for active participation as a general member of the Academy after meeting the appropriate criteria.
