The American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP) is dedicated to providing the public and member physicians with an expanded network of spinecare information. To help fulfill this goal the AASP is committed to networking online with other national spine organizations to provide access to a broad spectrum of information, technology and spinecare related products. Our first partner in this venture is SpineUniverse at http://www.spineuniverse.com/.

SpineUniverse.com is an Internet based network dedicated to the dissemination of back pain information and the encouragement of back pain commerce. Through a single point of entry SpineUniverse connects consumers, professional organizations, healthcare providers and suppliers to a comprehensive dedicated portal. 

The developing relationship between the American Academy of Spine Physicians and Spine Universe serves as a benchmark for other organizations and what they can accomplish together to inform the public and improve the delivery of healthcare. The online links between these organizations will serve to increase consumer traffic to both websites. This will also lead to greater exposure of the National Directory of Spine Physicans and elevate the level of interest in the AASP National Spinecare Awareness Initiative.
