Dr.  ___________  (chiropractic physician/neurosurgeon) has met the criteria and has become credentialed as a spine physician  with the American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP). The American Academy of Spine Physicians is a national organization of chiropractic physicians and neurosurgeons dedicated to conservative and cooperative spinecare. Having achieved the status of a credentialed spine physician Dr. __________ is now able to pursue the prestigious Diplomate status with the American Academy of Spine Physicians.  Diplomate status is provided to those physicians who achieve a high level of post-doctoral continuing education relative to spine and spinal disorders.
