Online Continuing Education (CE) License Renewal Status

Online Continuing Education (CE) Credits offered by the American Academy of Spine Physicians are sponsored by Logan College of Chiropractic.

The Commission on Accreditation of the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) accredits the Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic and recognizes their role in providing continuing education opportunities. The approval of Logan College of Chiropractic provides an opportunity for physicians to obtain cost-efficient continuing education credits, which can be applied towards meeting their mandatory state license renewal requirements in those states, which accept online CE.

The states listed below do not presently accept online Continuing Education credits (CE). This list will be updated periodically.

Alabama

California will accept online continuing education credits as of January 1, 2004.

The AASP recommends that each of its members confirms the acceptance of online C.E. credits for license renewal with their state organization.

State approval for online C.E is not required to obtain Diplomate status with the American Academy of Spine Physicians (DAASP) or Fellow status with the American College of Spine Physicians (FACSP).

At this time all continuing education credits obtained through the AASP can be applied toward obtaining Diplomate status with the American Academy of Spine Physicians (DAASP) and Fellow status with the American College of Spine Physicians (FACSP). The AASP member must become Credential Eligible in order to apply their CE credits toward Diplomate or Fellow status. All continuing education credits obtained through the AASP can be applied towards Diplomate or Fellow continuing education requirements.
